Shipping & Delivery

Pieces from our current collection are dispatched within ten business days of order confirmation. This window covers final quality checks, hand-finishing where applicable, and international courier handover.

Made-to-measure pieces are completed and delivered within three weeks of order confirmation. Complex pieces (heavily embellished gowns, multi-piece wedding sets) may extend slightly — we'll always tell you upfront if your brief needs more time.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the atelier. Customs and import duties, where they apply, are the buyer's responsibility.
