Returns

Unworn ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must arrive back to us with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Made-to-measure pieces are cut to your exact measurements and cannot be returned for change of mind. If a custom piece arrives with a fit issue or a fault, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange remediation — typically a re-fit or repair — at no charge.

If anything arrives damaged or not as described, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will issue a prepaid return label and either remake the piece or refund in full.

Email our team with your order number and the reason for return, and we'll respond with the next steps within 24 hours.
